RETURN/CANCELLATION POLICY
Once you place your order you cannot cancel your job. In the event of a job being printed incorrectly BPM Printers will, at our discretion, reprint the job or issue a refund. In either case, the printing being credited may need to be returned before a reprint or refund can be processed.
COLOR QUALITY
Gang run printing will group your job with others allowing overall production costs and expenses to be shared with other customers. BPM Printers accepts no responsibility for color variations between submitted files and the final printed piece achieved from the gang-run printing process. There may be a slight variation of color within the same color family throughout the order.
PRODUCT SIZE
Due to the cutting process with gang run jobs, your final product size may vary slightly.  Exact ordered size is not guaranteed.  Size may be between 1/8”-1/4” smaller than size ordered.
QUANTITY
Gang run policy includes a 10% allowance over or under on print runs.  This means you may receive 10% more or less than the quantity ordered for gang run printing. More often there is a surplus rather than a deficit, it is however possible that this 10% allowance is under.
TURNAROUND TIMES
Product turnaround times displayed are estimates only.  Turnaround times may vary due to production or press issues. Generally every effort is made to ensure all orders adhere to specified turnaround times.

SAME DAY SERVICE

Orders MUST be received before 10:00 AM ET on a working day (Mon-Fri) to be ready the Same Day.

24 HOURS

For Print Products (other than Business Cards/Flyers) that offer same day production option, the order MUST be received before 10:00 AM ET on a working day to be ready the NEXT Working Day. For BUSINESS CARDS & POST CARD the order MUST be received before 12:00PM ET on a working day to be ready the NEXT Working Day.

3 WORKING DAYS

Order MUST be received before 3:00 PM ET, otherwise it will be delayed an extra day.

5 WORKING DAYS & 5-7 WORKING DAYS

Order MUST be received before 5:00 PM ET, otherwise it will be delayed an extra day.

PRINT TURNAROUND SIGNAGE TRADE SHOW MATERIAL

24 HOURS

Signage and tradeshow material will generally print within 24hrs (Unless otherwise noted); the order MUST be received before 11:00 AM ET on a working day to be ready the NEXT Working Day.

SAME DAY SERVICE

Same day option may be available on some items, the price will double for same day production service; Orders MUST be received before 10:00 AM ET on a working day (Mon-Fri) to be ready the Same Day.

SHIP TURNAROUND TIME

All orders are shipped within 24 hours from the time printing is complete, Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm. Holidays and inclement weather may affect this turnaround time, and we will do our best to communicate this information to you as quickly as possible.

HELD ORDERS

If an item is place on hold, we will ship you the part of your order that is not on hold. When the item becomes available or the issue causing the hold is resolved, we will ship the full order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for shipment.

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery/Shipping Time is determined by chosen shipping option i.e. ground, two-day, next-day as well as by State; only certain options are guaranteed options i.e. two-day and next day. The shipping time is a separate process form production/printing time. Print Turnaround denotes production time and does not include shipping time.

CUT QUALITY
Gang run printing allows for small variations with cutting.  This means you may have some flyers or business cards that are close to the line of text on the file, and some that will line up perfectly.  This is due to the size of the stack being cut at one time, the top of the stack will be lined up perfectly, but the bottom of the stack shifts slightly when blade of cutter applies force.
UV COATING
If you decide to opt out of UV coating on your order for 12PT, 14PT, or 16PT we cannot be liable for reprinting due to scratching.  These papers are a coated stock, so the ink will sit on top of the paper, rather than soaking in other stocks, UV gloss is suggested to protect the ink from scratching.
PROOFING & SUBMITTED DESIGNS
Proofing is the process whereby you have received a digital or physical piece of artwork and are ask to review said artwork for any errors before send to print production. If you or your company’s representative has sent in artwork to be printed, we will assume that it has been proofed and made ready for printing with all appropriate margins and set to proper color code for print (cmyk). BPM Printers does take some precautions in giving files a cursory review to ensure the file is logical for the print options selections chosen, i.e. ensuring that a file received by or print department for a banner isn’t sized for a business card; that said, BPM Printers offers no grantee that we will catch mistakes in designs sent to us. BPM Printers asks that files designed by you be print ready, with the correct margins and sized to the actual print size, fees will apply for resizing (Please check out our blog for tips and advice on print ready files) for files to be altered please submit editable files i.e. .psd, .ai, .doc, .docx, .pub, .ppt, etc. If a photo, pdf or any “flat” un-editable file is submitted for which changes are requested, you may be charged full design fees at $50 per hour.
 
PROOFING & IN-HOUSE DESIGN

BPM Printers asked that you review the final proof(s) carefully. BPM Printers will not accept responsibility for errors that you fail to correct such as typographical errors, errors in spelling, grammar, punctuation, graphics, fonts or content and anything that may have been inadvertently omitted. if your order has been approved, printed and a mistake is found that was overlooked during proofing, you must PAY IN FULL to reprint. If the error is caused by BPM Printers, we reserve the right to reprint your order or refund your full payment within 72 business hours. Projects not directly approved, will be PLACED ON HOLD until the artwork is approved.
