All orders are shipped within 24 hours from the time printing is complete, Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm. Holidays and inclement weather may affect this turnaround time, and we will do our best to communicate this information to you as quickly as possible.

Once a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders may not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If an item is place on hold we will ship you the part of your order that is not on hold. When the item becomes available or the issue causing the hold is resolved, we will ship the full order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for shipment.
Delivery/Shipping Time is determined by chosen shipping option i.e. ground, two-day, next-day as well as by State; only certain options are guaranteed options i.e. two-day and next day. The shipping time is a separate process form production/printing time.
